ALL QUOTES ARE:

• F.O.B. WKCSC Dock
  
• Lead-times quoted are best estimates based on part complexity and work load at time of quote
  
• Lead-times quoted are our production time and do not include transit time
  
• Prices quoted are firm for 90 days
  
• All pricing is quantity specific
  
• Pricing must be acknowledged before order can be processed
  
• Minimum invoice $250.00
  
• Minimum tolerances quoted +/- .03 on lineal dimensions, +/- 5 degrees on angles, +/- 10% on loads
  
• WKCSC makes every attempt to comply with our customers requirements however WKCSC will not be responsible for errors made due to illegible drawings and requirements not clearly communicated
  
• Quoted based on engineering information indicated, if additional or more current information applies it must be supplied with five (5) working days of quote date
  
• Only those requirements listed on the RFQ are applicable
  
• WKCSC assumes no responsibility for part design
  
• WKCSC assumes no responsibility for errors contained in engineering drawings
  
• Notification of discrepant parts must be made within 30 days of receipt
  
• No credit or compensation will be given for parts reworked or modified by the customer
  
• Liability for discrepant parts is limited to replacement of parts only
  
• Acceptance of quoted price signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions
